Help With Senior's Electric Bill

by Admin 3. November 2009 18:32

I have something on my Electric Bill called a default charge, even though I am paying $101 per month on my electric bill due to selecting a certain gas company to provide generation supply, I now have a bill of $344.28 and even though I am paying $101 per month, they keep charging me default service charge. Where can I get help with this matter?
